At BERLOOK, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in our sustainable swimwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Ensure the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
